A FEW GOOD Reviews
Thank you Liam! Thank you for everything and for being such an awesome videographer and creating memories that will last a lifetime. We’re not really used to being in front of the camera as much as we were but he captured every special moment and quickly became one of our crew. At one point we snuck off for photos, and he even climbed through long grass just to make sure the bride and groom didn’t too close to the waters edge! What a legend.
But when we watched our video back, we were absolutely blown away… all happy tears, and brought back all the memories, he perfectly captured the love, fun and joyful energy of the day - it truly felt like reliving it all over again.
We also loved the little interview chats with our guests - those moments are so unique and something we’ll treasure forever and we can’t recommend him enough. Thank you for being a special part of our day.

Truly could not recommend Liam more! The final product is of such a high quality - emotional, somehow capturing all of the right moments, while also highlighting the fun. We have watched the video (genuinely) every night since we received it with so many of our guests complimenting not only the final product, but also Liam’s process the day of. Best and easiest decision by far!

We are beyond grateful to Liam for creating the most stunning wedding film. Watching it feels like reliving the day all over again. He captured the emotions, the energy, and the love so perfectly. Truly a gifted storyteller and such a joy to work with. We highly recommend them to anyone looking for a top‑tier wedding videographer.

About me
My name is Liam, and I’m the sole cinematographer and owner at Rodericks.
If you're wondering, it’s actually my middle name, and to be honest it sounded a bit better than “Liam’s”.
I’ve had a lot of passions over the years, but making videos is one that started almost 20 years ago. When I was about 13 or 14 I used to run a gaming YouTube channel making what I thought were very “cool” montage videos.
I’m almost 31 now (where does the time go).
There was a bit of a hiatus along the way, but we all take our own path to where we want to be.
My professional career is actually as a paramedic. I started when I was 22 and I’m still working for Ambulance Vic today. A couple of years ago I decided to take the leap and start filming again. I’d always wanted to film weddings, but the classic imposter syndrome that most of us know too well kept me putting it off.
Fast-forward to today, and here we are. The imposter syndrome is gone, and I’m confident in what I like, what I want to create, and what I can produce.
My style is a little unique, mostly because I don’t really believe I have one.
I want to tell love stories the best way I know how, and make you feel like you can relive your wedding day every time you press play. I do that by being observant, present, and willing to tell the story exactly as it unfolded.
I do have an eye for the things you might not notice in the moment though. The small interactions, the reactions, the details… and I always like keeping a few surprises in the film.
Personally, I love vows and speeches that are truly from the heart. They’re usually the moments that mean the most on the day, and they end up meaning the most when you watch everything back years later.
I spend longer than what my lower back likes on your film, and constantly going over in my head on how to best structure the perfect narrative/sequence for your story.
Outside of all this, the most important person in my life is my wife, Ciara. We’re actually trying to start a family of our own now, which still feels a little crazy to say out loud.
And for reasons I can’t fully explain, the Carlton Blues continue to drive me absolutely nuts.
If you made it this far, kudos to you.
Liam :)
